Counselling gives you the opportunity to talk and be listened to in a safe, confidential and non-judgmental environment.
Counselling can give you the opportunity to learn more about yourself and also how you handle situations and relate to other people in your life. Sometimes counselling can involve looking at your past, and seeing how past issues affect your life today.
How do the counselling sessions work?
Once you have contacted me, we will arrange a meeting time that suits you.
Each counselling session is 50 minutes long. During the first session you can find out more and decide if counselling feels right for you.
There is no time limit for us to work together but we would review regularly.
