I offer counselling in an empathic, non-judgemental and safe environment.  This gives you the opportunity to explore difficulties in your life that you are going through.

I don’t give advice, but we would explore together the issues that you are currently facing.  We would explore ways in which you could make changes, move forward with your life, and cope better with challenges.

My Experience

I currently have a Private Counselling Practise in Farnham.

I have worked as a volunteer counsellor at an adult counselling agency where I saw clients with a wide range of issues.  I also worked at a volunteer counsellor at a hospice, supporting clients with health related issues or bereavement.

Prior to becoming a counsellor, I worked as a Radiotherapy Radiographer in the NHS.  This involved delivering and planning the radiotherapy treatment for patients with cancer.

My Formal qualifications and professional affiliations:

I am registered and accredited with the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists MBACP (Accred).

I work in accordance with the BACP Ethical Framework, which ensures that our counselling sessions remain confidential.  I have a Supervisor who I may discuss our sessions with but we would not use your name.  If  I was concerned that you may either hurt yourself or someone else, then I may discuss the situation with other professionals. This applies to all BACP registered counsellors.
